TV Not Displaying in Windows Media Center

I am running Windows Vista Premium on a Packard Bell J2589 PC with Windows Media Center to watch television via my NTL Cable.

I have had the PC for several months now, and I still cannot get my TV to display on it. The Cable is plugged into the PC, and Media Center has detected the TV Guide etc, and has found my local settings, "NTL Analogue Dublin", along with others like "Chorus" (x4), and "Unmapped Analogue".

Now, with this set up, I enter "Live TV". I can see that the guide is corresponding, but no pictures or audio show. It's quite frustrating.

Can anyone please helpme get the video and audio displaying?

    Thank you in advance!
