this is a quite good guide.

loads of articles online about bankroll management. i hink the basics is that you shouls have at least 100 buy ins on the level your playing. so for .25 / .50 cash you should have an effecive br of €500. There are probably a few dudes on this forum that can explain it a little better than me.

I think you meant €5000. 100 buy-ins is ultra conservative btw. Normally 30 buy-ins would be considered pretty prudent. so for .25/5 no limit hold'em that would be €1500.

There is a formula for STTs and they can be profitable at a certain level. It's not really poker though

If you want to learn properly and hopefully make some decent money in the future play cash.

You would have to imagine he meant you would need at least 10. 100 is just ridiculous

For .25/.50 Larry all your gonna need is 10 but ins to start. ABC poker is all you gotta play. Dont get fancy and you cant go wrong.

    As regards your questions:

Play 6max and be Tight aggressive but super tight UTG.
Stick to 6max or heads up(swingsa are sick but get on the good side of one and instaroll)
Move up to .50/1 when you hit around 2k. Your edge should still be big enough to cancel out the Buy in deficit.e
Play on Ipoker, anywhere really, Green Joker Poker is one of the better sites to look after players.

Cash all the way. STTs are restrictive and generate into crapshoots. Cash is deep. Where your edge is largest as you can force the biggest mistakes.

how can you say OP has to have a big edge at $50, unless you know him from outside this he probably sucks just as bad as anyone who plays that game
