LCD Monitor - Which one?!

    OK,

    20" LCD with:
    response time: 5ms
    image brightness: 250cd/m2

    or

    19" LCD with:
    response time: 2ms
    imge brightness: 400cd/m2

    I'll mostly be using the computer for gaming. Just wondering if you would notice much difference between a 5ms and 2 ms response time? Which one do you think? Thanks for your input!! :p
