Halloween Festival and Fireworks C&C

    at this yesterday, damn fireworks went off in daylight, so that,my tripodbeing flimsy andmoving in the wind, AND the fact i never took firework shots before,left me rather nervous looking over them this morning, reasonably happy with the results,just gladitook the fireworks in RAW :D

    I love the firework shots, they really work, lovely symmetry in the display and nicely captured. Other shots are good too, Im just not great on the whole street photography so not the best to comment!

    it required alot of work in photoshop tosave the firework shots, the tutorials on the net were useless, and the fact it was daytime...madeitbloody difficult, never so stressed over a photo job before :mad:

    Daytime fireworks??!?!?! seems a bit silly really.
    As said before the fireworks shots are great.
    But i really like the one of the kids in costume, i think its captured the whole "magic" of halloween and the imagionation of kids really well.

    I sat there at that spot for 30 mins waiting for the right two kids to come along for it, i looked very odd standing in a 'haunted house' for kids just watching everyone go by with a big camera in hand
