    Hey all,

I got a pair of earphones so I could use my mp3 player on the run to keep me motivated, but, although they're the ones that go around your ears specifically for running they still keep falling out?

Any tricks people use to keep them in? Tape or something?

    Cheers
    Fusion

    Quick and easy solution.
Take off the foam you have and get a larger foam covering(don't know the word )

They should cost next to nothing and they will hold your earphones in place.
So of the more expensive earphones come with different sizes already so you can pick and choose.

Try the in ear ones that form a seal over the ear canal. When your running thread the line from behind as opposed to your front. Works perfectly and gives quite good sound quality as it also blocks out the wind noise.

I believe you can get a variety of brands in dixon's

This is something that's bugging me as well. Does anyone know where to get a few pairs of the old fashioned ones that had a flat bit of wire going over your head? I've tried a lot of different 'sports' brands of earphones and none work as well as the old ones.

have the same problem with the in ear ones.
I find these good if a little bulky.

Have started using these ones recently and they haven't budged yet.
They are lighter than the other ones.
