    Hey

Do any of you remember The Hardcore Show on Coast FM back in the 1990's? It was (if I remember) Deco and The Undertaker who were the DJ's?

It was 103.8 FM ? Or maybe 105.6.

They were based out in Ballybrack in Co. Dublin if I recall...

It was all Gabber, with some breakbeat. I remember it was very funny as the two DJ's were always off their heads...

Anyway, I have most of the shows on tape... and a couple of the classic tunes on MP3 if you're interested.

    Anyone remember this??

Very impressive, this thread is already listed in Google! Searching for '"coast fm" hardcore' gives this as the #1 result.

    That's pretty quick...

    That's the one!

I remember some girls rang up looking for people to have a good time with. The lads announced this, and then realised they could be the lads they are having a good time with... so they spent the rest of the show asking the girls to ring them back... very funny!

Some of the songs were OK, although I agree there was a lot of crap!

On NEAR FM (101.6) back in the late 1990's there was a guy called G Kane who did a show called 7th Heaven with loads of Thunderdome stuff and happy hardcore. It was the 1st time I heard that gabber stuff. 1st gabber tune I heard was Break for the Guillotine by Ruffneck pitched up to bits. Quite funny at first!

I know a guy who did a few shows like these as well.

I wouldnt mind a listen to that stuff Dublindude. Id say some of it is class, just to hear the Djs & callers.
