not much talk of the ps3 version in the pes forum... can anybody who has played it enough compare it to fifa08. I have always been a pes player, but the new fifa has impressed me (bar the sometimes bs passing)

Im the biggest pro fan your likely to come accross and i wouldn't recomend getting this for the ps3, Even when its installed to my hard drive it stills skips in game.. not unplayable but really annoying seeing as its the most powerful computers games console there is! Theres talk about a patch coming out or something , but this game really never should have been realesed the way it is.. i wish they didnt! Game play aside its by far the worst pro evo i've ever played! Commentating is head wrecking , "they say you should treat the ball like a friend" was said to me twice in the last game i played, "they've put in alot of effort in training lately, training twice a day which some player have been moaning about but it seems to be paying off" or something like that has been said 3 times in 10 matches, and it should never be said... its terrible commentating!. The sound track is simply awful...

thanks, you've confirmed what i've been hearing... ill stick to fifa for the time being and get metroid prime for wii instead

the graphics arent the best in my view and gameplay is ok

it really pisses me off that the transfer window is so far away and how come you cant get free agents in the game ?

and the stamina thing whats that about

what do i have to do to increase the stamina in players

looks like fifa has finally caught up with pes :eek::eek:..knew it was gonna happen though, and i was expecting it to happen after i played a few games of fifa and taught it was the best soccer game i have played so far..most people going on that this will still beat fifa, but really fifa is the better game this year..

Can anyone think of any console game that suffered from frame rate issues like this? I can't

the old pes games where all good, but this one? well it sucks tbh..the speed of the players is outrageous and i have never seen a pes game be like this before..it is also pretty handy to break down the defense and run through them untill of course your outside the box and your running in for a goal and all of a sudden the goalkeeper has the ball because the players going like 50mph..fifa 08 is far far better than this game and i got pes for the ps2 as i heard there was problems with ps3 version..worst 35euro i have ever spent tbh..

Just played a few games with my uncle in sporting lisbons stadium (i think its the 4/15 one) and there was nearly no slow down at all (if the whole game played like that i would have nothing to complain about!), was basically the first games of the pro i enjoyed!
