Sometimes I think by the time it takes to create them & then the cost of the paper & ink to print them, it's as handy to just buy them.

They are very reasonable to buy these days.

You can design & buy your own online with Vista Print now for €19.99 for 250 cards.

You can even get 250 free if you don't mind there Web address & the words "Business cards are free" printed in tiny writing on the back.

Save yourself the hassle & buy a pack for €20

Just checked out that site. It quite good. I'm gonna get some for myself. However when you ad VAT, glossy finishes, print on the backpage and Postage (???) it is closer to €50. Still not bad though

Well, even with all those bells & whistles you're getting them @ Approx 20 cent per card.

If you were to buy a Black & Colour (Non refill) cartridge for any kind of deskjet you'd be looking at the guts of €60, then you have to buy the sheets of card, create them in word or some other App & finally print them.

It just seems like a lot of unnecessary hassle to me.

Whatever floats your boat I guess!

I have indeed, or at least an older version. It's fairly basic but it does give you the means to make some pretty good business cards.

Thanks Soundman. This is in local shop was not sure if it was any good. Pretty good cards? Decent enough to hand out?

All depends on how your imagination is really. As I said it gives you the basics but it is better if you mess about and use your own pictures and likes. I made about 500 of the things and used them all no problem.
