Where are the hand histories kept? I can't seem to find them???
Also, when I click on any link on their software, a media player on my computer opens up instead of the link?Hmm?
Is there any way possible to resize the tables? They are way too big.
    Any help would be great.

Hmm, tables cant be adjusted according to their support, its normal window or full screen. Hand histories pop up inside an internet explorer window, maybe your issue is a windows one? Ur file associations might have something screwed up. Might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling mermaid, if still no joy, check what files your media player is set to automatically open.

In mermaids defense tho, this place is a nut-peddlers dream! :D Never before have so many donated to so few (to mangle a quote) heehee

That's pretty bad. I may leave due to this alone.

So they are not saved to the computer, not even in a text file?
Hmm. How do I add them to pokertracker then? Import from a url?

Surely the gui just has links on it?
I'll disable the player I suppose.

yeah, the place is full of people giving me money, might be the reason I would stay. :P
They really need a resize option.

    Thanks for the reply.

this is a huge security bug. Ipoker has the same bug (which they no doubt pass off as a "feature") it piggybacks IE when it shouldn't.

I reinstalled the s/w. I made it so that the media player is disabled. Now when I click on the links it just opens my mermaid folder. My history folder is now empty. Even when it is not, I imgine it will just open the folder.
Any way to get my old hand histories? If it opens in IE, how do you import them to pokertracker?

There is a button in PT for the Boss media network. That is the mermaid one?

That is good, thanks. Even if they do not let you resize I would prefer if the table wasn't absolutely huge. :-)

Thanks, I'll try to fix it myself in the mean time. Some dodgy coding going on there, i had to move my media player off the C drive, just so it wouldn't open every time I clicked on a mermaid link.

I felt like explaining what a cookie was to him...my god.
He also told me to restart my computer. Heh.

its simple, you are dealing with boss media. just check out the track record of that network. its horrible. forget about it and move on to a decent site.

Ok, got the html file working. Is the boss network supported by pokertracker? I can't seem to import it.
