This has been answered before. Give me a few minutes to find it.

One of the most important things in mental health situations is talking and sharing (but talking to a medical professional and possibly getting medication or other treatments is also important).

Where is the personal issue in your question?

You are obviously not a member, otherwise you (i) would not have posted unregistered, and (ii) would have asked this question on the Feedback forum.
