The answer to this is probably out there somewhere but it's just easier to ask here. What Leinster competition (if any) do Glenealy (Wicklow County Hurling Champions) go into? It's a pity they do not get a chance with the bigger guns to see how they would fare.

They would play in the Leinster Intermediate club hurling championship. A couple of rounds have been played already. Westmeath (Clonikil) beat Kilkenny (Clara) and Wexford (Ferns) beat Kildare (Confey). Not sure when the Wicklow champs are out. I hope they put up a better show than Carnew did last year, they were beaten in the first round by nine points by eventual winners Kildare (Ardclough).

Glenealy are missing two major players - Wayne O'Gormon (injured) and Leighton Glynn (playing in county football final with Rathnew).

Even though I'm a big admirer of Glenealy, it's a big ask without those two players.
