Mp3 problems with movies

    I just bought my mp3 player the other day, its an Mpman CS1257, It claims to be able to convert my movies to AMV needed to play on the mediaplayer but no such luck.

    I got two movies to work but every time I try now Iget
    looksingle
    Can not open file C:\boston.amv!
    OK

    I have no idea why but it appears for any movie I try and convert.

    Can anyone help with this?

    I tried formatting my drive and reinstalling the player.
