Best Cavity insulation?

I know this topic has been discussed and I have read through previous threads but I'm still trying to decide what insulation to use in my Cavity and also on the internal walls.

I have read plenty of posts and reports that say pumping the cavity with insulation such as polybead gives the best U value, however I have also read plenty of posts that say this type of insulation can cause damp transfer and its difficult or impossible to know that cavity has been filled fully.

I will have a standard 100mm cavity so whats the best option in peoples opinion, pump the wall or use solid sheets of insulation such as kingspan, I don't mind spending a few extra Euro's on insulation so any opinions people have I'd be very grateful. Especially on which products offer the best be they pumped in or solid sheets.

Now I also want to add some insulation to the internal walls perhaps warmboard or dry line and I know there are some new foil insulations which give great U value's and can help with noise reduction also.

Also has anyone used Sasmox boards? Has anyone got an idea of costs compared to warmboard? One issue which seems to arise with warmboards and Drylining is hanging anything onto the wall e.g. rad's or TV's etc does anyone know the best way around this? I believe Sasmox has very good strength so it may not be an issue if I use that?

    Cheers
