NTLl/UPC Email Problem

    Hello,

    I’m having problems sending/receiving my email from my NTL/UPC Email account

    This has only started from today…I got my new ntl phone installed, so I don’t know if that’s related……mmm but coincidental as everything was working fine up till then.

    I have checked my mail settings and everything seems fine as far as I can see;

    POP3 Server: pop3.upcmail.ie
    smtp: smtp.upcmail.ie
    User Name: *********@upcmail.ie
    Password; *****************

    I have also tried to log on to webmail, but it says The username and password you have entered do not match. Please try again.

    Has anyone any ideas...tried to ring but took too long so I thought I'd ask here first.
