Dell DVD+/-Rw SATA/ide Drives

I will post the full drive make in awhile But this is the third/fourth drive of these that dells firmware have been updated in the drive and the damn thing doesn't work anymore . I have tried rolling back the firmware but this doesn't work either. Any chance some one has a fix for this. I didn't install the firmware .…

Users in building clicked ok to the dell link and well that was the end of it. I cant return the Drives to dell either , Cause well this is the second or third time round and the warranty is up and i cant be bothered dealing with them
