    Peoples recommendations? Any one own them? How they sound? Rcommendations on what one to get?

    Also anyone have prices? Or US prises as i am going there soon. Is there waiting list or are these easy to pick up?

    L-2000 is the one to look at. The others are pretty nice but the L series is the nicest :)

    It depends how much you're willing to spend. Could be anywhere from a few hundred $$ for a used Tribute to a lot more for a new G&L. They're a smaller producer like RIC but they have a better supply afaik. Just look around the stores.

    The tribute model is amzing value. Feels/sounds and plays great. Musch better than a MusicMan Sub or Fender Mex. Thats if you can't afford the next model up.

    I agree about the G&L L2000 tribute. I own one and IMO it is one of the most versatile sounding basses. The main difference between it and the G&L itself is in the bodywork. The tribute has the same electronics as the G&L. You cant go far wrong with the G&L IMO. For further info check out :
