Mitsubishi Starion For Sale

Hi all,

Just wanted to see if there was any interest in a red, widebody Mitsubishi Starion. I know it is only bordering on classic (1988) but thought it may be a good daily for someone.
2L turbo which apparently puts out around 170BHP.
78000 miles up on her and she is in pretty good nick. A few rust bubbles showing around rear arches.
Has had a respray in original red and has had a few new bits added - new turbo (standard), new window surrounds, new braided brake lines and rear calipers, new rear tyres, new performance brake pads all round. Has service history up to 70000 miles and receipts from servicing etc that I have had done. Has good condition black leather interior. I have owned for just over a year, I imported her from the UK. She has NCT till June 08 etc.. Flew through with no problems whatsoever.

Looking for around 2500 euro.

I agree, I like thos ewide body cars, and I am by no means a Jap car fan, just have a soft spot for them, not buying though !

That's a very beautiful, tidy, modern classic, the best of luck with the sale, I'm sure you'll find a new home for her ... and hopefully the new owner will treat it as well as you have.

Yeah in Limerick. Rust isn't bad as far as I can tell. A couple of holes go through but it has got no worse since I got the car. The whole car has been undersealed at some stage and is always garaged.

you didnt happento get it sort of indirectly from england via a dude called danny did you? Because i know he had one there for a while and sold it to someone around limerick. Ha ha some mad dude altogether

^^ That wasn't the one I bought, but I know the guy who did. Haven't seen it yet though!
The reason I'm selling is I have two of them and the missus says one's got to go! The other one is a bit of a project so it'll give me something to work on.

Ha ha excellent. yeah he was sayin he hasnt seen it around yet actually. Some mad feckin dude, the amount of mad cars he gos through is crazy... seems to always have somethin a bit mental....
Like my well dacent ford P100 that came from england through him.
Ha ha if you been around limerick you've probably seen that. low white pickup, sierra front end, orange stripes... roll bar.. bit of a mad lookin yoke but it's useful and fun
