recommendations for free monitoring software

Hi, looking for a freeware app that gives accurate readings on motherboard,cpu,gpu temps, voltages etc. Used to use motherboard monitor on my old machine, doesn't look like it supports BFG boards (680i sli) though :(. Any recommendations welcome! cheers
