i dunno if this is the right forum but sure i'll put it here anyhow...
i bought a laney amp a few months ago, its 120w and is about 15 years old.
theres a problem with the channels.most of the time when i select one channel they both come on and wont let me change to a specific one, and sometimes only one will work.
anyone have any idea what the problem might be??
    any help is much appreciated

This would be better in the instruments forum but seeing as I've been abnned from there, I'll answer.

Do you mean the foot switch or channel selector switch? The latter would be a bigger job. What kinda amp is it btw?
