Happens on all kinds of phones. Drop it back in and tell them its not fixed, and request that its tested before being returned to you.

Repair centres I have used are supposed to test the phones before they are released... so my suggestion is to make sure they do so this time! :)

They repair phones within 3 hrs, Usually if you call in 2hrs it should be done. They are really fast.

    I've had 4 e65s and an n95. I know someone who's had both n95 and e65 too.

They restart from time to time. Say once a day. Not worth sending it for repair if that's all it is IMO.

I would give it for repair as you have paid for a product. It should be in full working order.

Would it be a network issue?
Can you try calling with another network SIM and see if same symptoms?
What did the report say was fixed/repaired/replaced?

It might be network issue but would it be a problem for so long.I have another phone that i use sometimes which is also o2 and never had a problem like this.I will check it tonight with different sim card as might be a problem with sim.
