My parents broke their internet and asked me to fix it, they uninstalled their adaptor but lost the CD.

It's a Belkin adpator, but I'm unable to find their CD of installtion to do a reinstall. I tried getting them the drivers but no luck.

Is there anywhere I can download the installation file?

Try removing the adaptor and running the driver installation file. Then reinsert the adaptor. You should be able to install the device drivers without the CD.

    Grand seemed to work

    It got reinstalled

but now I have a working computer and one thats not working.

The one I'm on now has internet access. The other is unable to access the internet. It seems to connect but then spends ages connecting before settling on limited connectivity.

    Anything that can be done

Are you connecting wirelessly ? If so it sounds like the DHCP address are not get to you, I'd check you have the correct security settings (are you using wep). I'm assuming you have the correct driver installed, it sounds like it anyway.
