    Having a bit of trouble with the diswasher. Looks like the top tray has snapped one of its legs that connects it to the rollers. Don't think powerpoint would entertain it as it could be from overloading and wear and tear. Anyhoo, looking for a supplier i could get the top tray from. Looks like it would have to be the whole thing as it is all one tray. Have hit a problem though, can't seem to find customer care contact details for powerpoint. Anyone have any idea's, is hotpoint a related company to powerpoint? It is a powerpoint tw36fi dishwasher, many thanks for any help. Am based in Kildare, but would arrange postage/collection of spare part

    The distributor for Powerpoint goods is Shomar Ltd.

    Unit 9 Western Ind Est, Dublin 12
    Tel: +353 (1) 450 91 50

    That's probably not the right number for spares/faults, but reception should be able to redirect you or give you the direct number.

    Powerpoint has nothing to do with Hotpoint (who are part of the Indesit Group)

    if you still have trouble www.appliancepartsdirect.net are worth a try. Watch out for sterling prices if you are redirected to their english site.

    I actually have the exact same issue now with the same dishwasher. Did you manage to get the top tray anywhere?

    Looks like the top tray is a bit of an issue for people. Mine is also bust on one side, means I cannot move it up to allow stacking of dinner plates on bottom rack. Did anyone find a spare parts contact for this dishwasher?

    Yup, the details above provided by byte sorted me out;
    Tel: +353 (1) 450 91 50

    There's a spares option on an automated menu when you call. For both sides and to ship it cost me around 42 euro I think. If they're to break again it would nearly be cheaper to get a new dishwasher!

    These were broke when we moved in though, the new ones in the 'normal position' (not raised) seem to be pretty sturdy. When you hike them up and have a bit of weight on the top you can see the legs starting to bend a bit and putting pressure on the wheels that will eventually snap...

    This dishwasher is driving me nits, now the door won't close, or rather closes and keeps popping open! Anyone know a dishwasher repairman?!
