Think they are just a plain over crossover of wires

Komplett seem to be selling them quiet cheap.

HDMI is basically just DVI with audio. I got my cable from Argos. It was basically a HDMI cable with 2 DVI adapters for either end so it could be used as a HDMI cable or a DVI cable or a HDMI to DVI converter and vice versa.
