Upgraded to Sky HD & lost channels

    Ive just upgraded from Sky+ to HD & Multiroom, using the Sky+ box in another room....

    Problem is - I've lost a couple of channels ! - biggest prob is Nick Jr. which the kids love - all I get now is "no satellite signal is being received".

    The Engineer fitted a new LNB for some reason - although it looks the same as the old one & the reception signal is way lower than it used to be - he said it was '85' on each feed if that means anything.

    I've got them coming out again on tuesday - is is likely that they knocked the alignment of the dish or an LNB problem is causing the loss of Nick Jr....

    try rebooting your box.

    unplug it from the mains

    Sounds like a badly aligned dish to me.
