reckon she's definately got some big backing.
She is managed by Ann Marie Sheilds who used to manage My Bloody Valentine.
I was at the seminar on music managers at the Hotpress Expo in the RDS two weeks ago and Im sure I heard Ms Sheilds says that they brought the album out between them.
They punted it on to other labels to release around Europe but I think they payed for it themselves.
That said I reckon the answer regarding whether Cathy Davey's has got big backing is she has and she hasnt........if that makes any sense!
