Photo printer problem could someone help please?

    Not really sure if this is the right place to post this but what the hell it can always be moveds sorry if its not...

    Anyway i bought a epson dx8400 all in one printer so i could print out a few of my pictures i have stored on the pc im not a seriouse picture taker so figured it would be fine and indeed the quility of the photo's it produces is nice however no matter what i do i always get a fairly large white margin on one side of the printed photo like the picture is to far over to the left side i have the printer set up for the size of paper its useing (kodak ultra glossy 10x15cm) and the preview shows no margins at all plus i have it set on boarderless so i dont really know whats going wrong here could anyone help my n00b self out?

    what program are you printing from ?
    is it possible that the picture in the program has a border or that the canvas size is in fact larger than the image ? hence the border?

    Im useing the program that came with the printer epson easy photo print ...canvas size hm well i have the printer and program set to the size of the photo paper im printing to if thats what you mean i also have it set to max image enlargement to stop margins but yet it still shows up on one side also every preview in all the image programs/printing programs i check shows nothing in the way of margins so really im at a loss
