Poker Tracker/poker office

Hi Guys,

would really appreciate some help/advice. I have just downloaded the free poker tracker and got it set up on pokerstars ok but don't know where to start to get it set up for green joker poker. Not the most IT gifted!!:o

Also does Poker Office work on GJP? Watched a mate use it and at first glance it looks a lot better than PT, easier to navigate, read, use ect. Any thoughts??

You'll have to be a bit more specific than that....If you want it to auto-import go to File-> auto-import hand histories -> ipoker network.

Sorry, when I set up the stars one there was a hand history file on their site which set up the folder automatically, I cant find this on gjp? Or do I need to set up and name a folder on my computer first?

As I was saying am completely useless at anything IT related!!!

Well you can set up the auto-import as I mentioned above. I do recall the iPoker HH folder setting itself up in a slightly unusual place (possiblly c:>poker>gjp....). I'm in work now so I cant check for sure.

PT is telling me I havent selected the hand history folder where the ipn writes the hand nistory to.
I havent been able to find hand histories on GJP??

They should be on your computer somewhere....C:/poker/greenjokerpoker/hand histories or something like that

I'm not on ipoker but try going to drive c -> program files. Go through the files and look for something like "ipoker" or "GreenJokerPoker" or something related. The hand history files should be in there somewhere.

On some sites you have to set it up in the poker client to store hand histories on your hard drive, as it won't do it automatically.

Pokertracker is much better and has more useful stats imo and you should use it with PAHUD.

I was using Poffice at first for a month but it had lots of bugs in it and was adding up my winnings incorrectly and didnt register all my sessions. Btw I was using it with Party Poker. It might work differently with GJP, I don't know

It should be there. I think iPoker automatically stores them..I remember struggling to find the PPP folder, but it was there somewhere...

OK I'M A COMPLETE SPA I KNOW! Have looked up and down all the c: files and cant see it, But should I have not done something on GJP first in order for the hand histories t be on my computer??

See this post http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=53764830&postcount=9937 for detailed instructions on how to setup PT, the only difference is this is for Noble on ipoker instead of GJP, so just use the directory that shortstack refers to above instead of the noble folder.

Also with the GJP client open click on options and make sure that:

"Store Hand History Locally" is selected otherwise it wont write the HH files to the GJP folder and it wont work.

Any more problems the handiest thing is to stick up a few screenshots
