Nero help!

Nero 7 messed up on my laptop and now I can't uninstall it and it doesnt work anymore! I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and deleting it but nothing worked! When I try uninstalling it (from add/remove programs), it keeps saying Windows Installer has stopped working but I uninstalled something else no problem! I tried installing Nero 8 but, that won't install until I unistall Nero 7!

Try the Nero Cleantools located here. That might sort it out.

Thanks for that but, it didn't work! When I run that, I get

Microsoft(C) Register Server has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available.

hmm.. maybe try a third party add/remove programs?

If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what else for you to do. It might be time to start digging around the registry?

Thanks again but that didn't work either, I've tried deleting all the Nero reg files that I could find from Regedit but, nothing has changed so far!
