Try the codes 164-pp or 163-PP or free delivery, might or might not work.

Gaul, you might well remember, was divided into three parts. No, four parts - for one small village of indomitable Gauls still held out against the Roman invaders. This brilliant series has a sales record that outstrips even J.K. Rowling. The very first album was published in 1961 and the books have continued to delight adults and children in equal measure. In this introductory collection join Asterix and Obelix as they become gladiators, rescue Getafix (again), and demonstrate their resistance by going on a journey around the entire country. Each book comes with more visual and verbal jokes than you can shake a stick at!

    Set titles and authors :
    Asterix and the Secret Weapon
    Asterix The Gaul
    Asterix The Gladiator
Asterix and Obelix All At Sea
    Asterix and the Banquet
    Asterix and the Magic Carpet
    Asterix and The Actress
    Asterix In Britain
    Asterix and the Goths
    Asterix and Son

Thanks for this Ruu. As a result of a previous thread of yours my 4 year old could enter Mastermind with a chosen subject of Tintin.

I may as well get him up to speed on Asterix now as well!

Well spotted. Asterix books are usually around 8-9 euro. Now if only I could find the smaller A5 sized paperback ones but these will do in the meantime.
