Deferral? too late?

    So i got a late offer on tuesday..i accepted and started today but im thinking of asking for a deferral now...

    but is it too late??

    Well first of all consider why exactly you want a deferral. Is it just because you started late? I transferred into another course in January and missed 3 months of my (new) course then.

    But otherwise, you'll be assigned a tutor if you don't have one yet. Go send him/her an e-mail or just go to their door and ask if it's ok if you could pop in for a second, or make an appointment to see them (make sure they know it's urgent). If they're not about, go to House 27 and ask to see someone from the Senior Tutor's Office, and they'll help you out.

    Alternatively go into House 6, up the stairs, left, left again, down a 5 or 6 metre long corridor, right, down another 6 or 7 metre corridor, then knock on the door on your right. That'll (hopefully) be Bartley, he's the Education Officer for you and he's paid (badly) to help you in any way you need. Well, only really Education stuff but I'm sure he'll try to help you out with anything you enquire about. You don't need an appointment (usually) so you can just pop right in and ask away. There are signs on the first floor of House 6 too in case you get lost :)
