I was just wondering if the Hard Drive based iPods (mainly the classic) suffer from much skipping? If I were to shake or drop one, would it have much chance of surviving?

I currently have a 2nd gen nano that is practically indestructible, but its crappy 8gb of storage and lack of video is really getting to me 001_tongue.gif

    Thanks
