    Please move if wrong forum.

I need something very very very thin and metal for the purposes of making contact with microscopic parts of a PCB. I have a microscope, this helps but I need something mental & thin.

Something like a syringe, but I'd say they would be difficult to source.

    Any suggestions???

How about just bending open a safety pin? It would be easy to hold and work with, and you could file down the point slightly if needs be. Plus I bet you could find one within about a 2 meter radius of you now!

How thin? What current are we talking about here?
    What are you probing?
