The fact you even know who that is, is sad.

Kevin Hunt, Bohs captain studies here. Seen him yesterday in the library in fact. As a Shels fan I dutifully close lined him and beat him to a pulp :D

Who cares? This is the DCU forum.

DCU Alumni for business is pretty poor but I suppose it is only a new university but come on DCU Brody Sweeney aka O'Briens didn't even finish his course. He dropped out of his course after 2 years and that was in the days when DCU didnt even exist it was called some other bolloxs like NI something or other. Back to topic their is a dot.com millionaire knocking around doing one of the undergraduate business degrees. He also does a few presentations for some of the masters course aswell. I suppose also the lecturer Theo Lynn is a minor celeb he managed to run his company into the ground and run up huge debts before jumping ship to do his phd and then lecture in dcu.

Overreacting a little bit dregin? Maybe I was wrong, maybe you're just a big girl after all. Funnily enough it'd also explain your inability to drink like a man too....interesting. ;)

don't rate your university by the number of famous people that are studying there. Just be very glad that you've got in and enjoy your experience there ffs.

totally agree, how pathetic would it be if you decided on which uni to go to because a celeb went to it

Unless they were famous because of their work thats related to their degree. Like a famous scientist. That'd be a pretty good reason to pick it

The girl who did the vocals on the ad for ballygowan (paula flynn) y'no the bowie cover? Can't think of the name... She's in DCU.

Darren Sutherland (Irish Boxer) in in 3rd year Sports Science

    A good few inter-county footballers/hurlers

    As was said, Kevin Hunt

And the captain of the irish womens rugby team is lecturing in dcu at the minute.

I'm sure there's more, just can't think of them off-hand
