MacBook Battery. Help!

    My battery's gone dead and my MacBooks under warranty. What should I do? I live in Castlebar Co Mayo is there any repair centres nearby?

    Does anyone know how much it would be to get new casing on a MacBook?

    Dead? How many charge cycles have you run with your battery? Do you use it off it's charger often? A battery is an expendable piece of any laptop so they are liable to to wear out after excessive use, so be well armed with the amount of charge cycles you have gotten out of the battery.

    go to mactivate.ie, they are aan authorised apple repair centre. I recenrtly got qouted 185 + vat for a new battery for my Macbook Pro

    Ring Apple Tech support - They'll put you through the usual interrogation, then send you out a new one with TNT/UPS.
