problem sending emails

    I have outlook express which won't send any emails i keep getting this maeesage

    "The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'territt@eircom.net'. Subject 'test', Account: 'territt', Server: 'mail1.eircom.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '451 http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=82.195.137.252', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 451, Error Number: 0x800CCC79"

    Any ideas:confused::confused::confused:

    Who is your internet provider? The outgoing server (SMTP) should be that of the provider, if not set as that already.

    eircom.net are my email providers. callidus are my internet providers
