putting videos on to an ipod???

anyone know wheres the best place to get an avi converter for ipod video? i had a look around but they all seem to be giving people problems in the responce pages? anyone have one thats good and works with no problems? Thank you!

I use this all the time - converts avi to mp4 with no problems (so far)

I've been using Videora too.

I seem to get the best results by selecting the power mode and choosing a 2-pass profile (in terms of keeping the output file size reasonable while maintaining good quality video).
