Creative zen crash

Hey. My creative zen vision m crashed last week and wont work since. it just displays the creative logo that comes on when its first turned on and sticks with that until it runs the battery dead. It should be under warranty as its less than a year old but the problem is it was bought for me in america as a present. Anyone…

Have you tried the recovery mode or a reset? Check on their site for info.
