    Final
    Tyrone v Monaghan = Tyrone 1 point[/QUOTE]

Derry and Donegal dismissed??Brave man....and Armagh?Im a bit biased but I reckon they are out with a point to prove with geezer gone and a new manager in...show that they dont rely on Captain Fantastic and Big Joe. I reckon they will blitz Cavan or Antrim (I think Antrim) and really put it up to Tyrone!

Monaghan in my opinion blew their best chance of winning silverware (The AI) and they will head back down to scraping past Fermanagh then losing to Derry and then put a brave showing in the qualifiers before losing to one of the reviving big guns in the last round!

Hang on why do we need another thread about the championship draw? It is like having a thread about the Dublin Football Championship Quarter Final, when there is already a thread about County Championships. What is the point? Why do we need extra threads when there are threads alerady there to discuss the topic in hand? It is easier just to have one thread and discuss everything there.

    End rant

Well CW it is obvious that the football draw thread will disappear in time and I saved you the bother of making a new thread for the competition.

As for the Dublin Championship thread, that was created by me before any county championship thread was created so is valid.

Preliminary round for what must be the third year in a row for us... Just great. Should beat Antrim though...

Wouldn't disagree too much but you missed the Munster Final.

Donegal never fear Derry and Derry are going to have a lot of pressure on them and be many peoples favourites. So Donegal to win. After that Fermanagh or Monaghan, if it's Monaghan fancy Donegal for revenge, the players will be up for that one.

While I would be entirely in agreement, it's probably not that surprising that at some stage something like this would happen. There are, IMO, only 2 teams capable of challenging Dublin in a game, and that's meath and Laois.
I could be wrong, but I just don't see any of the other 8 posing a challenge to what is a strong team.

I'm not from Dublin you know!.
