Meeting ex after two years apart

    Hi all,
    I am meeting an ex long term girlfriend later today. This is the first time we will properly meet up since breaking up over two years ago and look at what went wrong etc.
    Just wanted to know if anyone can give us some advice on how we should handle this meeting please? It will probably be very emotional for us both. Is there maybe some ground rules we should lay down?

    Be honest in what you say your thoughts. Try to listen and understand what she has to say.
    You should probably have an idea regarding whether you really want to get back together.

    Indeed. Is the outset of the meeting to find a way back together again or just a hello-how-are-you?
