Where i work i see a lot of people, yesterday morning i saw this one girl,
she was looking at me and i was giving her the eye, i didnt speak to her. This morning i seen her again and i'm pretty sure she was looking at me again, i was doing my best to get her to notice me, i'd love to ask her out but i dont really have the nerve for fear of rejection, i may never see her again either, any advice people?

Get over the fear of rejection and talk to her, then ask her out.

You could concoct some kind of scheme (I prefer the 'hair brained' class of scheme myself) to happen upon her in a work or social setting, but even then you've got to make conversation and ask her out. So the fear of rejection comes right back to the fore. If you don't have the nerve to ask her out for fear of rejection then there's no other advice can be given but the above. There's no way around it. Go for it dude.

Ask her out! Guys have come up to me in the street and asked me out, sometimes i just tell them i appreciate the compliment but no thanks, sometimes i take them up on it. (usually coffee daytime, take chances not risks) The worst she can do is say no. You have nothing to lose. Next time you see her talk to her. Good luck!

rejection is a funny thing what i do is i allraeady except the fact that not every single woman finds me attractive, but on the other side that some quite possibly could find me attractive.

But from what I've found in the past, majority of women will accept if you ask them...

Why maybe they feel good about them selves, but for what ever reason they like it.

and useually say yes its when you have aaltearer motives with a girl they dont like it as much, i think.

If she likes you that much, let her come to you. Let her chase you, not vice versa.
