    Hey folks,

    I'm having trouble with my nose... My sinuses are going wild for the past year or two especially. It always gets stuffed and/or I go into sneezing fits, etc., and it's driving me mad now.

    The best solution I've found is anti-histamine tablets, and I'd usually have to take Zirtek every morning, it's gotten that bad. But I'm not too keen on taking tablet for the rest of my life...

    I haven't been to the doctor but I'll probably go if needs be. For the moment I'm just looking for some experiences from other people :) Not medical advice! But for other people who have f*cked up noses -- is there some food I should avoid? Any food I should eat? Stuff like that

    The only thing that you will get from this request is poor medical advice and borderline medical advice. There's more to your nose than the bit that sticks out from your face and no on-line diagnosis will tell you what the core problem is, so any suggestions or advice will be pointless and potentially detrimental to your health. Go see a GP.
