Im just wondering if anyone knows if there are any pistols that are suited to using in your left hand? i have the M9 now but im also looking for something that would allow me to release the slide lock with my left hand instead of having to switch hands all the time,

    cheers,

I have a We m1911 you can release the slide when holding it in your left hand using your trigger finger

i use a beretta in my off-hand it doesnt take long to get used to hitting the slide lock with your trigger finger instead. ya can also switch the mag release button around for left hand use.

All M9s are very easy to switch lock side. Remove the slide so it doesnt get in your way. Take off the grips(2 screws each), then take it out and insert the other way around, reasemble and job done.:D

Thats the mag catch your talking about, The slide catch cant be switched as the grooves on the opposite side are very different. And ya the mag catch is a piece of piss to switch around ;)

thanks for the replies people, ive just had a look at it and the slide lock and trigger arm arent switchable:(.,
Although i like the idea of switching the mag release around, i never thought of that one, cheers mate, will try that,

Also i was looking at the M1911 on eirsoft and i think ill be going for one of them aswell,

Orry, thats what I meant, the mag release! The SL cant be switched but it easy for you trigger finger and i find that slapping the mag in hard it releases the lock.

See'n as your question got answered I'll hijack your thread title for GBB recommendations.

I've just released me moneys for my two week holiday and me got's to thinkin'. I won't need all that much money in Latvia and Estonia (other than the day trip to the firing range to try the real steel) and I'll be staying with locals in Finland so that'll reduce costs. So I reckon I've got a spare €100 or so to spend on airsoft.

I've always wanted to get a USP (not the handbag one the full size) but when I was looking around I saw some others that I'd like your opinion on.

The ksc sig pro sp2009 Looks like a cool gun and the hardkick looks interesting. Anyone know what the quality is like on these? I'm looking for more of a quality GBB this time around.

KJW Sig P229 full metal or the KSC USP much more convenient.

Or even this package KSC USP.45 BK Airsoft Pistol + M3 Flashlight VALUE??

Agreed, I own two of them and I can't fault them one bit. The P226 was so good SIG themselves were selling them from their own website with all the official markings.

just did this a few mins ago and cant believe how much more comfortable it is to use it in my left hand now, Ive grown used to using them in my right hand over time but to have it the oposite way now is cool.,;), cheers scope,

There are both the compact and full size on it... or at least there was.

No, 1911s are in the past, 96 years to be precise. Glocks are just ugly pieces of ****. Never.

ONe of the reasons i like the 1911 is coz of its age, just like the m9 really, thats been around since the 70s, the glock is a bit of an odd one you either love or hate but id like to have one.,
I think im just put off the USPs having been arrested because of one when i was 14.,lol
