Ebay item purchased broken already!

    i bought a hp charger for my laptop on the 19 september. its just after breaking! ever since it arrived its been giving off alot of heat. It was also shipped from hong kong even though the seller is from the UK.

    I work in a nightclub and use my laptop for visuals etc. the charger constantly interfered with the screens as its from china and also interferred with speakers at home.

    ive emailed the seller demanding a new charger from the UK or else ill contact ebay.

    do i have a case here?

    It says the item is not covered under Paypal buyer protection. You might be out of luck here.

    didnt notice it said shipped from hong kong.

    ive just bought one on dabs.ie for 68 and handed the invoice to my boss. :D

    ill post up the sellers response

    well he emailed me back saying he will give me a full refund.
