Ultimate Frisbee pics for C&C

    hi all, havent posted in a good while but heres a few for c&c. Shots were taken at the recent European Ultimate Frisbee championships and it was my first time having a go at sports photography of any sort. Shots were taken with a Tamron 70-300mm on a 400D.

    any comments/suggestions welcome

    if you've ever played UF you would know it's not a hobby. Plus my mate used to/still does play for Ireland! :D

    Always helps when you can see the face of the subject.

    heh its a sport alright :) i managed to dislocate my shoulder while playing in the leadup to this event (doing something similar to the guy in picture 4) so I had the chance to take these pictures at the European UF Championships which were held in Southampton in august.

    I've been saying that about golf for years... :P

    Lets see what Oxford think a sport is-

    • noun 1 an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others
