I have my 350D about 2 months now and have never had any problems with it, until tonight

    img0810uh6.jpg

Thats a photos of a blank white background, but them black marks keep showing up in every photo

I always store the camera in a case with the lens cap on, and I havent taken the lens off since I got it so I dunno how dirt would get in

I wiped the front of the lense with a lens cloth but nothing happened

Any ideas whats wrong/what to do?

    Thanks

Sensor dust by the looks of it.There's a quick tutorial on how to clean it here http://www.luminous-landscape.com/essays/sensor-cleaning.shtml

Rocket blower ftw... Don't attempt to wipe the sensor with any cloths lying around - you WILL damage the sensor and render the whole camera useless pretty much.

I see from the exif info that you're using F36... that's a very small aperture - on your normal shots f2.8 - f11 do you see the dust? If you don't then there's very little to worry about.

Be observant when you're removing the lens from the camera. And keep a rocket blower in your bag :)

why is it little to worry about if its only visible on a smaller apperture?

It seems to decrease the lower the F Stop, but its some sort o dust i wanna get rid of!

but yeah, ill try a blower

It's sensor dust - part and parcel of digital SLR photography. Don't worry about it. You can
minimise it by using the methods mentioned above. Myself, I use a Rocket blower brush and that helps. Otherwise, I just eliminate the spots in Photoshop. No big deal.
