Fifa 08 - Cheating CPU!!!

13-10-2007 5:15pm#1Maybe I'm way off in this, but it does make me laugh; does anyone else think the computer players cheat to an obscene degree? I'm always giving away free kicks in what I think are fair challenges - not sliding. This happens alot if the computer goes a goal or two down.
Another thing that drives me crazy is when I'm on a run, a computer- controlled player on my own team will not get the hell out of my way!!! And I end up banging into them and losing the ball
I may just not be used to it the game! But I thought it was worth a mention!

This is starting to piss me off. Playing with Liverpool and Torres is getting lumos kicked out of him. Free kicks are rare. A couple of times the balls been knocked 5 yards ahead of me and the computer dives in with a waist high kick , player left on the groung. The computer takes the ball and off he goes. Just there had Pennant running down the wing went to cross. The cpu player was running with me, blocked it and it went out, goalkick given?????

The commentary can be iffy too. I took a peno, the keeper got his hand to it but it still went in. Andy gray and matin Tyler are going on about how I should have score and that at least I put it on target, this is while the game is being restarted with me 1-0 up.:rolleyes:
A couple of times Tyler has had a little speech about how everyone was confused about how to pronounce Kuyt, he says "we everytually settled on Kowt" yeat all the way through the matches, he keeps saying "kite" wtf?0 -

Here here, there's a weird commentary lag....he'll say 'and that's gone out for a corner' just as I've taken my corner and crossed the ball into the six yard box. I also agree with the goal-kick thing, it's crazy.0 -
