I need to get low friction wheels for a model car. The size hasn't been decided on yet but around diameter 10-20mm. Where could I find something suitable?

You might find something suitable in a Meccano Set.

Also - the model shops will have wheels for several types of car and aircraft in stock for repair jobs.

Is it for drifting by any chance? If so you can get special drifting wheels/tyres.
