Speed limiters on LPSVs

do all LPSVs not have to have speed limiters fitted to them? i ask because over the summer i was travelling in eupore (on an Irish coach) that was travelling between 110-115kph on the motorways. Going is faster is great on such a long journey but does this mean that the limiter is not working/switched off/ or is just made…

Going is faster is great on such a long journey but does this mean that the limiter is not working/switched off/ or is just made up to keep people happy?

i thought that coaches were limited to 80kph, or is that country dependant?
