    Hi guys & gals,

not sure if this is the right forum but . . .

I currently do the odd nixer here and there, nothing special websites, posters etc but it seems the amount of work thats out there is endless (for now).

I currently work through an agency doing similar work but basically they are scr€wing me when it comes to what they pay me vs what they are charging a company that I work for. Does anyone have any advice on what the best way is to establish yourself as a sole trader from a legal and tax perspective? I'm really not too sure how it works but would prefer to see my earning heading to my own pocket than off to some agencys bank account.

    Thanks in advance,

    d
