Hi I have a sky engineer coming out on Saturday to do the proper job that should have been done 3 or 4 weeks ago. Anyway I was supposed to be off work but now I hve to work so my plan was to get him to ring me when he was 15-20mins away from my house I could then take off from work and head home and wait.

Just wondering has anyone had any experience of this and will they have any problems with it?

If you booked it direct through $ky then either Sierra or Finlays installers will be contacting you the morning of the installation when they are organising their route, tell him then when he rings you or get his number. Most of the time they will ring off private number.
